Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 2 to 7 business days, which includes payment validation, order preparation, packaging, and dispatch to our logistics partners.
While we strive to dispatch all orders within 2 business days, occasional delays may occur due to supplier issues, production times, or courier constraints. In such cases, the maximum dispatch time is 7 business days.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered accurately during checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes are only possible within 24 hours after purchase, as we begin order preparation immediately.
Customs and Import Duties
As our products are shipped from international warehouses, custom duties and VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations. To minimize the burden, PetMundo covers 50% of any applicable customs fees. If your order is charged, please email us at suporte@petmundo.shop with your order number and proof of tax, and we’ll take care of the rest.
