1. Return & Exchange Deadlines

  • Change of Mind: You have up to 14 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery via email at: suporte@petmundo.shop.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags and accessories intact.

  • Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

  • Personalized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
